This panel includes the Director of the Alaska Mariculture Alliance and the Mariculture Project Manager of the Southeast Conference. They will provide a statewide perspective of the status and trajectory of seaweed and shellfish aquaculture in Alaska, including current hurdles and prospects. The panel also includes regional liaisons from Kodiak, Prince William Sound, the Kenai Peninsula, and Southeast who will report on specific opportunities and challenges in different coastal regions of the state and how those are being addressed.
